U4021QW, flickering, MacBook Air M1
I've tried looking for a solution for this problem. I updated to macOS Monterey beta RC today. It was working fine for the whole day and then went to dinner and it started strobing non-stop. I unplugged everything, replugged everything restarted my MacBook Air M1, several times, restored to factory settings on my U4021QW and it's still strobing. I don't want to use the word flickering because that seems to look different from what I'm experiencing. It's hurting my eyes badly and I need my U4021QW to work for tomorrow. Has anybody else experienced this problem? I also connected my iPad Pro 2020 which is non-m1 to see if this was an M1 problem or just my MacBook Air M1 and it's all the same.

I'm in the same boat. My U4021QW started strobing this evening and it's giving me a headache. I took the dock out of the equation with my laptop connected directly to U4021QW via Thunderbolt and same strobing effect.

Were you ever able to fix this? I have the exact same configuration and having issues out of the box.
This is my only display. Will be going back to my U38 for now.

All should remove the Caldigit TS3 Plus dock from the troubleshooting. Try to test the U4021QW directly to the MacBook Pro.
