U4919DW, cannot enter BIOS, no signal from your device

Hello,

I have Dell U4919DW and when I tried to go to the BIOS and even in the restart, just when the actual system is up (Windows 11) I see something on the screen, till than I just see "no signal from your DP" in my case. How I can see the BIOS? I unmark any energy save on the screen itself. Also I tried to change to HDMI and connect to the motherboard and no change and also to the GPU.
