UP2516D, DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K, HDMI or DP?
Hey, this may sound dumb but I got another question regarding HDMI and DP port. If I connect my UP2516D to the BlackMagic DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K via HDMI, then I shouldn't need to use the DP cable anymore, right? But will this anyhow decreased the quality or any other thing? Really don't know much about the difference between HDMI and DP, which one should I use since DeckLink Monitor only has the HDMI port. I'm confused about this.

The DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K appears to be a video playback card? It has a single HDMI out port that would connect to the UP2516D HDMI in port. But I do not know if the DeckLink takes the place of the PC video card? You should test it using only the HDMI to HDMI cable to the UP2516D HDMI in port. So disconnect the mDP to DP cable from the PC and the UP2516D.
