* Go into the UP2715K Menu- Others and Factory Reset- Reset All Settings (page 45)
* Turn the room lights on
* Turn the UP2715K off
* Disconnect every cable (including the power cable) from the rear and side of the UP2715K
* If a mechanical monitor power button, press the button in for 8 seconds (clears any residual power in the circuits). If not a mechanical power button, just wait 8 seconds
* Reconnect ONLY the power cable to the monitor
* Run the monitor BID (Built-in Diagnostic) (page 52). Do you see the tile split screen issue?
