UP3216Q, 10 bit not showing on Windows?
I am using a GeForce 1070 Ti with the latest Nvidia Studio driver to allow 10 bit operation.
I am using the DisplayPort input.
The Windows desktop shows only 8 bit depth? Is the UP3216Q really 10 bit? If so, how I can make sure I have a 10 bit work flow?

Thanks to stevejayd for providing the instructions.
10 bit work flow from GeForce video cards
1. Only use the Nvidia Studio driver
2. Use the "Nvidia Settings" and select "Change Resolution"
3. Click on use Nvidia color settings
4. Use the pull down menus to select Color Depth 10 bit. Make sure you use the DisplayPort outputs, or a HDMI 2 output. You then can go to the Windows Display settings and see that it really is now using 10 bit

We know that the UP3216Q uses a 10 bit Sharp LQ315D1JG03 panel.
Neither the Windows Display settings nor the Nvidia GeForce control panel itself will show 10 bit.
The validated Nvidia Quadro control panel will show 10 bit.
For non-validated Nvidia GeForce users, if you run a DirectX driven 10 bit application or OpenGL 10 bit application like Photoshop CS6, you should see a drop down for 10 bit "within" the applications.
