USB Type-C monitors, dock, not working

Similar problem here. We cannot get a number of the new USB-C monitors to work correctly in Alaska. We have tried the P2419HC, U2419HC, P2719HC and lastly the U2719DC. So far only the P2419HC works correctly. All of the others fail to work on USB-C and work poorly on DP via dock. We have returned four U2419HC, now I suspect it is the firmware!

Seems that Windows 10, display link do not work reliably or correctly with all but the P2419HC version. Not good! Is there a firmware update to fix this problem?

Thanks Ryan

* What PC models are you testing?
* What dock?
* Test the monitors connected directly to the PC's via the USB Type C to C cable. No dock
* For the operating system to access any of the monitors USB downstream ports, the USB Type C to C cable must be connected from the PC USB Type-C port to the monitor USB Type-C port
