Actually for other versions (not just 19.4) you can go to the Product Support page for NetWorker, then click Additional Links.
There is the link to Data Protection and Availability Solutions Compatibility.
From there you go to Simple Support Matrices > Data Protection > NetWorker, which is this link: https://elabnavigator.emc.com/eln/modernHomeAutomatedTiles?page=NetWorker
The PDFs for different versions are usually updated every Monday.
