After installing a new backup system, I get error message when I try to label a new Tape

Hi guys,

We installed a new backup library Quantum Scalar24 LTO4, the I installed the Networker 7.6SP1.

I created a new Label template, pool, schedule, but when I tried to label a new Tape using label template that I creatd it takes long time to label it (around 20 minutes) then shows this error message:

Jihad,

Have you tried labeling tapes with the standard label templates?  That will tell us if there is an issue with the tape library configuration or if it is the label template.

I tried with the standard template like default, but the same problem remains.

This is LTO4 by which vendor?  If IBM, disable CDI and make sure IBM drivers are installed correctly.

Can you also confirm that you verified drive order is correct?  Also check of any warnings in event logs and device manager.
