I have restarted the GSTD service. Removed NMC and Java. Reinstalled both products and the message continues to appear.

Unicode 0x19 is an end of file (ctrl-z) character; I'm wondering if there is some kind of corruption that could be responsible for this?

Yes it had been working. Haven't been able to find the item that would have changed to start generating this message.

Is it a new installation? Has it ever been working?

Have you tried running the NMC on a different workstation? If so does it give the same issue?

David,

Yes I have. I also tried with different browers, Firefox and IE.

Thanks,
