Backup of Win 2008 file cluster

Hi

NW 7.6.3

Clients: Win 2008 R2

A two node file cluster

Have 3 NW clients in NMC (2 members and 1 cluster)

Back up local disks on the "member" clients

Back up failover disks from "cluster" client

Problem:

The file index from the failover disks is put in one of the "member" clients' index.

As a result a full backup is run each time of the failover disks (no previous full backups exists, performing full)

Possible causes:

I know the dns name for the "cluster" client previously was in the alias list of one of the "member" clients.

Any tips on resolving this ?

Thanks

In backup command for "cluster" client put following: save -c <"cluster" client name>

The above command had no effet, the file index still gets put into one of the cluster members index.

Can you show client setup (cluster members and cluster client) and dump from mminfo and nsrinfo showing that?
