Can't Eject an Ejected Volume
The title is weird a lil bet, but this is exactly what I see in the "Devices" tap in my networker administration console.
I have a DELL PowerValult TL2000 tape library installed. the thing is at the devices tab I can see the tape drive status showing that there is a volume already loaded where in reality the drive is empty. is it normal to see the volume name appears next to the tape drive even if the tape is ejected already? if NO then how get that volume name disappear : )

I tried nsrjb -HEv and the process finished with error: failed
Jukebox operation finished with status: failed
15771:nsrjb: Jukebox command terminated with error.

Try to reset the jukebox (either via GUI or using "nsrjb -HEv").
Last choice: toggle the power switch on the jukebox itself. This should also do the job.

Obviously out of sync. You can do reverse trick; load manually (via robot controls) volume which NW things it is loaded and then run reset.
