I did that, but I still get an error, but now, the error is "Cannot connect. Program not registered".

I have opened SR #52916002, and support did not solve an issue either. Maybe a bug?

Well, first I have to initialize repository, as I do not have any at this moment. And, there is no /nsr/repository folder on NW/NMC server.

nsrpush daemon is not running, and when I try to start it, I got message "Program not registered".

I did try to start it on backup server which is also NMC server. I don't think that it can be started on some other machine that is not backup server.

I don't use it, but I believe this is not something you can start on your own from what I remember.  I do not like the idea of keeping repository on server as in early days of cpdb it could hangs for something silly and then I had to restart whole server so I didn't use it since (which was pretty much early days of repository).  While I'm quite sure it is more stable today, I believe you can't run it on another node than backup server, right?

Maybe.  Usually message as you get may indicate that nsrpush daemon is not running on server where repository is.  Or there is some kind of dependency like nsrauth.

As EMC support stated, this is known bug:

NW00052134: Cannot start NMC's Software Administration Wizard
NW00052850: CP wizard from GUI cannot be launched w/ non-administrator user
NW00078598: Unable to launch Software Administration Wizard from remote NMC

NW00100623: REGRESS: Unable to Launch Software Administration Wizard

I guess I will wait for the fix.
