Hi everyone,
The problem is resolved by following the steps below:
In the client configuration>Globals (2 of 2)Clone storage nodes: I put my server nameRecover storage nodes: I put my server name
In the window Clone:
Target Clone Media Pool:PC Archive CloneIndexed Archive CloneArchive CloneDefault Clone
The option only works:Default Clone

Most likely this is caused by configuration like pool selected is not available for storage node you have configured or something similar. Without knowing configuration parameters it is bit of a guess work.

PC Archive Clone
Indexed Archive Clone
Archive Clone
Default Clone
