Client Incremental backup not recognizing previous backups

Hi, I have this client that will not perform an incremental backup properly.
According to the logs it is running an incremental backup but the amount of data it backs up matches a full.

I am running networker 8.2.3 on both the client and server.

Somethings i already tried,
     - Reinstalled networker on the client (deleted the EMC folder in program files)

     - Renamed the index file so a new one could be created

     - Checked the retention policy for the client

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Aaron

The obvious reason is that there is a service running on these drives. Consequently, Windows thinks that they are system relevant and includes these drives completely as part of the DR save sets. So you are not only dealing with a pure filesystem backup.

How to avoid that - separate the application and the data on different volumes.
