Yes, but what nodes - physical or virtual ones? What has been said was to hint you needed physical hosts and virtual ones too. Are BMSDBCLUS.gdnindia.com and FANDSCLUSTER.gdnindia.com physical ones?
I also just realized you are using build 154 - before proceeding further to rule out some gothcas can apply latest build for SQL module v5? Is there anything in xbsa.messages? I would suggest to apply latest build, try again and then if it fails increase debug (do not use level 9 as that slows down whole thing, 3 or 5 should be more than enough), collect all data and logs and review it. If that doesn't give you any clue opet a case with support along with logs and configuration resources.
Btw, what arch is that SQL server on? ia64, x64 or EM64T? All 3 have different SQL module versions and you must make sure you use right one.
It finally worked after reinstalling (same build 154) and after adding all hostnames (physical and virtual) in servers file of physical nodes. Also added a *@* on remote field of all hosts I am unable to figure out where was the problem I had tried all these options before posting this thread.
Also I am unable to do MSSQL recovery it says BMSDBCLUS.gdnindia.com is not a client of bdc3bakup2w.

You need to configure the 2 physical clients of the cluster as a client of NetWorker Server.

This usually means this full domain name is not on the alias list of backup client.

Also directed recovery of SQL DB is happening from servers other than cluster nodes.
