Configuring cleaning media usage on Storage node
hi,
We here have a tape library, MSL1, with 2 drives and 25 slots connected to a storage node, ingbtcpic1ms020 running Windows 2003 Server SP1. The 25th slot is designated as the cleaning slot and a tape is always present in it. Recently cleaning tape usage became zero so that Networker backup jobs hanged on the drive that requested cleaning. I then put in fresh cleaning tape but I'm unable to reconfigure the usage. I tried using the "nsrjb -U" command from the node but it quit with an error:
Microsoft Windows [Version 5.2.3790]
(C) Copyright 1985-2003 Microsoft Corp.
C:\>nsrjb -U 20 -j MSL1 -S 25 -s ingbtcpic1ms013
nsrjb: error, Cannot find jukebox `MSL1' for server `ingbtcpic1ms013'.
C:\>nsrjb -U 20 -j MSL1 -S 25 -s ingbtcpic1ms020
nsrjb: cannot connect to NSR service on ingbtcpic1ms020
nsrjb: RPC error: Program not registered
If on a storage node, enter the NSR server hostname? [ingbtcpic1ms020] ingbtcpic
1ms013
using 'ingbtcpic1ms013' as the NSR server
nsrjb: error, Cannot find jukebox `MSL1' for server `ingbtcpic1ms013'.
ingbtcpic1ms013 is our backup server. I have tried running the command from the backup server but result is the same.
How can I make the program look for MSL1 on ingbtcpic1ms020? The only way out I can see is to remove and reconfigure the node-jukebox.

Thanks for your hint. I tried using this command nsrjb -U 20 -S 25 and as you said it asked for the library to use.
Thanks again.
