Connection Error
Hi my Dear friends,
I use EMC NETWORKER 8.1.3.1
I lost the connection to my storage node , I can not mount the devices I get this error :
0 events found
No Events found!

Just a guess - you lost the connection to the data domain. Correct?
If the connection is still fine, I think the error could be a wrong/expired/changes password.

We transferred the storage and reconnected the cables after that it can not connect again
devices can not mount and error says storage is not ready

Hello,
do you think you are talking to the right people? - this is a hardware error. You need to replace the battery in your system which supports the NVRAM (keeping the system/BIOS parameters). This is nothing related to NetWorker at all.

Contact Data Domain support to get the battery replaced.
The Data Domain states that it cannot enable the filesystem due to NVRAM error. Without the filesystem backups cannot be performed.
