here are our configuration :
1) networker server solaris 10
2) networker storage nodes : redhat 5.4 , redhat 5.5 and solaris 10
3) drives LTO 3
CDI is enable and we use DDS

Hello!
You can try “Persistent Reserve”. But if it will work or not depends on the actual drive firmware. If it doesn’t, you’ll see a clear message in the daemon.raw on the backup server.
Then set it to “Simple Reserve” which is implemented on OS level. This is not drive level, so it’s always supported.
Make sure that SCSI reserve is not configured on the OS itself (not common on Linux unless someone modified configuration manually) to avoid conflicts between OS and NetWorker settings.
Thanks!
Allan
