EBS 7.4 remote Windows remote access to UNIX server
Hello,
I was curious what would be the process for exporting the display to a Windows remote computer accessing the Sol 10 EBS master server via FTP? I am familiar with the requirements for UNIX to UNIX, not Windows to UNIX. Also, is it require to install anything extra (Client software) on the Windows computer itself?
Thanks,

I have access to the NMC, the problem that is currently happening is nwrecover does not flash on the Windows screen I suspect because the export display settings are not configured correctly on the UNIX server. Also, when I click Start - Sun StorageTek EBS Recover, from the NMC, I get this message: ¿The user program you are trying to run (nwrecover) is either non installed on this computer, or is not in your path.¿
From this message, I was curious if an additional install is needed (similar to a client install) on the Windows machine so he recognizes the path to use.
Thanks,

When you click Start, Networker User (or Sun StorageTek EBS Recover, in your case) the local app need to be launched. If you didn't install it yet (NW Client, at least) the error message appear.

Thanks for the response. Would you happen to know where I would obtain the NW Client application install? I suspected everything that was needed for install would have been included in the packages.
