EMC NetWorker Beta Opportunities for Server Disaster Recovery
Beta is closed (2/14/2011)
Hello!
Please partner with us in testing two new NetWorker alternatives for Server Disaster Recovery! We are looking for customer and partner candidates to work with us in beta testing new Windows Disaster Recovery support and Enhanced Server Recovery.
Beta for Windows DR
NetWorker 7.6 SP2 will add Windows Disaster Recovery (Bare Metal Recover) capabilities for Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7. This support will be built into the NetWorker Windows Client and does not require a separate HomeBase server. The solution provides bare metal recovery (BMR) support to the same or similar hardware.

Supported operating systems include Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2003. Beta testing will start in early January.
