1) I need to find the tape error logs or library logs. How to find the logs and where steps please?
In NetWorker, you can look at the NetWorker server's daemon.raw
2) How to increase the Daemon.raw verbosity on client and server? Steps
Please look at the following knowledgebase article:
NetWorker Debug
https://support.emc.com/kb/336123
3) Disaster recovery procedure for NetWorker?
If you are referring to disaster recovery procedures for the NetWorker server:
SolVe Desktop can be used to create procedure documents.

NetWorker 9.1 Disaster Recovery Best Practices Guide

4) I have one library I deleted it. Reconfigured it but its showing one tape is still there and deleting the device says Device not idle.
The reason is that you did not unmount the tape before deleting the jukebox. You can overcome this using:
I followed the article of oranges wenches removal from EMC portal where a script needs to be run but to no avail. We have 8.2 Networker.
Once you recreate the jukebox and drives, the orange wrenches should disappear.
