@hend_bs, just a hunch but can you try and provide the complete path to the blat.exe and see if that works?

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with your problem. But why don't you just rely on NW's own command - smtpmail?
E:\nsr\bin>smtpmail -?Usage: smtpmail [-s subject] [-h smtphost] [-p port] [-f sender] recipient [recipient[...]]E:\nsr\bin>

Hi Bingo, it is because smtpmail.exe does not support authentication.
