Enablers and Auth Codes

Is It possible to delete a license ( AuthCode / Enabler Code ) after the customer incorrectly registered it?

IF it is only deletion, you can do it from the Registration Windows. you need to do this twice.

If it is base enabler, shutdown NW, use nsradmin and start Networker.

If you want to use this enabler on some other NW server, you can request licensing for a fresh Auth. Code for the new NW Server hostID.

And if I need to change a licensing number? There are some risk, as lost a previous Networker configuration, when I remove the incorrect license to insert the new one?

Define what do you refer to under change license number? (hostid?)

Thanks to all,

Hi Hrvoje Crvelin,

I am with a wrong enabler code inserted in a hostid, to correct this i need to remove this enabler code, insert new correct enabler code in this hostid, and insert the authorization code I received to this new enabler code. My question is:
There are a lot of configurations in Networker working fine, and I ask if when I remove the wrong enabler code may be possible to missing some of these configurations.

Yes its correct!
I have the new auth code here!
Now I only need to remove the old enabler code and insert the new enabler code with new auth code.
Can I do this without missing any networker configuration?

(Sorry if I confused you).

Yes of course - you can do that and nothing should go wrong.

You managed to confuse me even more :D You can't insert enabler code into hostid as hostid is read only field. I assume you have sent to licensing wrong hostid with valid hostid and thus got wrong auth code too - is that correct? If so, you will need to contact them again, explain what happened and obtain new auth code.
