Encrypt data failed ??
Hello,
For some time a backup of Windows servers has the following error:
1 retry attempted
62845:save: Encrypt data failed
When you turn off encryption policy backup ends satisfactorily.
Please help me with this error rot because they may be failing the encryption of data?

From the information provided, it is hard to tell if encryption is failing on your end or NetWorkers. What version of NetWorker? Here is a cut from the Admin Guide:

Hi Allan,
The version I use is Legato 7.6.1.Build.397
information client: Windows NT Server on Intel.
the error occurs when you put the Encryption directive in the client's resources.
