Error loading library or locating function /usr/lib/nsr/libfsdc.so
Good afternoon everyone, I have a Networker Server version 7.4.4.Build.634 on a Xeon E5310 server with 4Gb of Ram and MS Windows Server 2003 SP2 EE called PRD2, I'm trying to add a Linux client called lima3 is a Red Hat server Ent. Linux release 6.4 /Santiago (Virtual Server), but when I try to add it by the Client Launch Wizard, the following error message appears:
"Error loading library or locating function /usr/lib/nsr/libfsdc.so nmdc_init. Verify That the library is installed."
I have reviewed on both servers and both could locate the /etc/hosts file with their respective entries:
172.10.0.10 PRD2
172.10.0.12 lima3
However I still generates the same error, even though the agent is already installed on this computer and could make backups in another group, that group no longer exists and backup group must be created again.

7.4.4 is pretty old and as far as i remember it did not have a client configuration wizard !
Have you considered updating/upgrading your data protection infrastructure to a supported version as neither Windows 2003 not NetWorker 7.4.4 are currently supported.
As for the above error i suspect your are using a later version of NMC and are trying to launch the client configuration wizard. Is your NMC installed on a different system? If Yes, what is the version of the NMC that you are using ?

In order to use the client wizard you need Networker version 7.5.1. Also as already noted by CrazyRov, both your Networker version and Windows 2003 are out of support with EMC and Microsoft.

Regarding Networker Server versions and NMC, versions are, as shown in the following figure:
Now, I understand that it is an outdated version but is licensed, and that is something that a company public is necessary, something which they have been working and I can not change (at least until the budget of 2017, at least) so I have to adjust myself to what I have, any extra help?

Hello Danag. I can perform with the Client Wizard adding new customers, however with the client indicated (lima3) get the error that indicated (attached picture); This despite the fact that at some time the agent was installed and worked without problems:
As I mentioned in a previous answer, I can not change the version, a matter of budget and licenses, so I have to work with what I have.
I appreciate your comments.

Instead of wizard, configure it manually.
