Hi there,
This issue is due to the configuration of the Exchange DB:
The MBX-LHRX7PLHR01-SG01-01 database and system path for SG01 are on the same volume
You need to make sure that the system path for the DB is not in the same volume as the DB itself, it should match the log path instead.

Run the below command from exchange management shell to check if the command can query the databases
nsrsnap_vss_save -vv -?
Also paste the logs from nmm.raw in the Exchange host

Hi Deb,Thanks for your response. After further checking, we found the logs for SG01 is under the same volume with DBs. No issue with SGPF. This is telling me why I have hot with such error.. The issue is fixed now.. Thanks!
