Exchange DB manual backup

Hello,

I am using Exchange 2013 and NW server/client 9.2.1.1 for backups.

During mailbox moves I see huge logs that do not seem to be truncating after backup. I know it might be Exchange issue but I would to run manual backup of a specific DB to test some things.

Is there a way to backup "APPLICATIONS:\Microsoft Exchange 2013\DB01" from command line?
