This is a mapi32.dll problem. We faced this earlier and my colleague refered to Microsoft Knowledge base Article 817375. Check if ti helps.

Thanks for the info. I actually already found this article, but it is applying to Exchange 2000. Are you using Exchange 2000?

There are several possible reasons for this if you check results returned by http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=0x80004005+MAPI&btnG=Search&meta=

I would suggest to involve MS support.
