Exchange backup fails HrESEBackupTruncateLogs: Error returned

Hello Team,

Please help, because I have no more ideas how to fix problem with backup of exchange server

Exchange server 2003. OS Windows 2003.
Networker Exchange module 5.0
Networker client 7.3.2.jumbo

everytime backup fails with error (it runs till the end and only at the end I get error):
