Exchange backup jobs Forced to Level Full
Guys!
I’m running on Networker 8.1 and Exchange 2012 in my environment.
Though the Version and the platform is not much relevant here, I'm having some issues with my exchange backups. My problem is that always jobs are forced to FULL (not incremental). Could anybody advise me on the issue?

Are you referring to a module based backup or a Filesystem backup ? If you are referring to a module based backup using NMM, then one think you might to ensure is that the snaphot are being backed up to the same pool as the exchange data is being backed up to.
You might have to run the group through command line and provide us the output to understand this better.

I'm just running module based backup or exchange database backup. Could you let me know what command to execute to provide Output?

The command to run the group from the command line is
savegrp -vv -l incr -G group_name
Ensure you configure the pool for the snapshot same as the pool that the group is assigned to. You can do this on the "set up" tab of the group properties.
