Faulting application nsrexecd.exe, version 7.5.3.1, faulting module nsrexecd.exe, version 7.5.3.1, fault address 0x00005342 in Win 2003 R2 sp2.

I upgrade networker from version 7.5.1 (sp1) to 7.5.3.1 (sp3 + last hotfixes).

When nsrexecd and nsrd services starts and check all index, the nsrexecd service immediately terminated  and write the error:

"Faulting application nsrexecd.exe, version 7.5.3.1, faulting module nsrexecd.exe, version 7.5.3.1, fault address 0x00005342"

in de application event error log.

Startintng the services manually the following occurs:

I start the service "nsrexecd" and the networker log writes:

Follow, I start the service "nsrd" and the service "nsrexecd" immediately hangs.
The networker log  writes:

For the error "warning: DNS lookup failed for curphyhost: No such host is known.", I review the DNS entries and arp entries and its Ok.

For the error "Not all of the child processes terminated", sometimes I need to kill child process "nsr*"

I uninstalling version 7.5.3.1 and installing newly the old version (7.5.1) but I have problems with the adminstrators console.

I dont know what is the problem. Can you help me?.
