Hardware status of jukebox error.

Hi

We have following env

1)Sun Fire 240(Solaris 10)

2)Legato Networker 7.5

   NetWorker Management Console version 3.5.1.Build.269
    based on NetWorker version 7.5.1.Build.269

Error :
