How can I check the Oracle RMAN backup status in Networker??
Hi,
Please let me know can I check backup status of Oracle RMAN backup in networker? In our environment we are taking RMAN backup by creating one group and we have given that group to oracle team they use to take backup using that group.Can I monitor that??
We are using networker version 8.1.2.7 in our existing environment.

You can use NMC (GUI) to check status of the group. You can use couple of CLI commands as well, but I suspect GUI will be more suitable for you. I would recommend to have separate groups for each DB so that you can spread backups. Archive logs should be also in separate group, but inside you can place more sids to backup.
