You can't delete single savesets on a tape. Either wait for all savesets on it to expire or you can clone the browsable savesets to another volume. Then you can relabel the tape and clone the savesets back to it.
As tapes are sequential backup media, you cannot delete a single save set on tape - but if you want you could delete the recyclable save sets from the media index to improve the overview for you.
This is why you should sort your backups an direct them - based on their retention policies - to separate pools.
Finally you could of course consolidate your valid save set by cloning/staging them save sets to another media. If you stage, you could move the save set even on another media of the same pool. But it would be smarter to avoid such extra work by using multiple pools for save sets with different retention policies.
