We will be Implementing the Persistant Binding at a later stage.
First want to see if IBM specific drivers will help.

Thanks I found the correct drivers I needed

Persistent binding can actually be done using the IBM driver software.
I downloaded version 6.2.0.9 and it actually tells you how you can use the software to enable persistent binding.
