Issues with VBA File Level Restore

I am experiencing an issue in which I log into the VBA FLR web gui and select a VM that I'd like to restore a directory to. The VM has 3 drives, C, E, and F. I am attempting to restore a directory from the F drive however when I call up any of the available backups for this VM it will ony show me Disk#1 (OS drive) as browsable. All 3 drives are VMDK's on the VM and if I browse the EBR GUI in the vsphere web client I can see and select any of the 3 drives to restore from the disk/image level. Am I missing something here, shouldn't I be able to view all 3 drives in the FLR GUI?
