39078:jbedit: RAP error: No jukeboxes are currently usable.

This would come normally when the jukebox is not there. It might have been disabled for any reasons that should be there in the deamon.log.

Please check if it id disabled in the NMC GUI & then enable it and run your jbedit command.

Is there a jukebox configured or is this a stand alone device? jbedit is only used for devices in a jukebox, try to use nsradmin to remove a stand alone device.

It's actually part of a jukebox.

I should also mentioned that it is shared with a /dev/nst0 device but sharing is disabled since we do not use shared devices.

rd=cdl-b_service.corp.soniccorporate.com:Physical_i500
rd=cdl-b_service.corp.soniccorporate.com:/dev/nst0
rd=cdl-a_service.corp.soniccorporate.com:/dev/nst0
rd=cdl-a_service.corp.soniccorporate.com:/dev/nst2 - this is disabled and shared with cdl-a

Does that make sense? I was familiar with jbedit which is why I used this and am not with nsradmin, so I stayed away from that.

Is it easier with nsradmin? Or will jbedit do the trick?
