Jukebox indicated that there are no Import/Export ports available

Question

Hello,

I installed an IBM TS3310 library including an expansion unit!

I want to share it between two servers Networker.

The library is shared in two unit, one is in 7.4.4 and the second one is 7.3.3.

The first is in 7.4.4 and going very well. slots for the tape and I / O slots are ok.

The other is in 7.3.3 and since I redid the configuration of the library because my scsi address had changed I get the following error when I try to withdraw or deposit tape:

error message: \ Jukebox `TS3310-Regions' indicated that there are no Import/Export ports available;

Someone can help me please!

I am not sure but you might need to assign I/E ports to the library region / partition that is having a problem. This would need to be done on the library itself not in NW.

You may wish to check with sji commands if I/E ports are reported or not.
