The reason is there in your logs - you just need to read it. That very same issue with workaround has been discussed here few days ago - check it out. You can use PL search to find it (also KB has entry for it).

Beacuse lines are supressed we do not see what first error was (mutex error is consequence). But if it is the same I would suggest to increase that value. Also check with Domino admin about status of compact operations and how long do they take.

I set the parameter. It is 3600. I checked the messages.

Do I need change others parameters? I had ran new backup after changed 3600. And I would check the status.

I asked the domino administrator. He said the parameter is default. He changed the notes compact time at yesterday. Today the notes backup is normal . Thank you very much!

Do I need change others parameters?

The error message seems to indicate that waiting for an hour failed to result in successful backup (but no idea why - perhaps the same reason as before). Can you ask Domino admin to disable compacting for one night so that you have at least one successful backup and get to the issue (by probably working around when to run this backup and how to keep compacting and backup out of each other's way).

hi, the compact tasks only run 22:00 everyday. I try to ran backup at 10:00 am , but error code was same as I repeated. At 10:00 am it isn't have compact task.

That's really strange because module seems to use Notes API which seems to return compacting in progress as db status. I would suggest to run that in debug, collect data and open that with both NW and Notes support.
