Initial releases are never available for users to download. There are some good reasons for that based on customer ability to rush with upgrades and in some cases do more wrong than right

However you can easily obtained it once you open a case with your support. It might also availabe on latest media kit too.

4.1 has been around for quite a while now so I would expect it to be in the current media kit, otherwise you will have to request a download either via EMC or your current reseller.
