issue has been resolved. Again followed same steps.

1. Make a copy of '\nsr\res\nsrdb' on the Networker Server to a different location to be on a safer side.

2. Identify and list the client instances that has a problem with the lockbox along with their clientid(s).

3. Delete the clients from NMC.

4. Delete any entry of the client's lockbox from under NMC > Configuration > Lockboxes.

5. Delete the respective lockbox folder physically from the backup server.

6. Make sure there is no 'NSR peer information' error reported in NW server daemon.raw for the client.

7. Use the wizard and recreate the client.

8. Match the clientid reported in 2 with the client created with wizard operation.

Hi Sabarna,

Can you provide some more information?

It's Oracle backup, but is it NMO ort NMDA? Which versions?

What NetWorker server and client version are we talking about?

I understand you did carry out the steps described in that KB, did you get the exact same error messages?

Thank you.

Carlos.
