MSEXCH module 5.0 not start
Hi All,
Config:
Backup Server : Windows 2003, Networker V7.3.2 Jumbo
Client: Windows 2003, Networker 7.3.2 / EXCH module V5.0
Problem:
When I start group exchange it will show
" Parsing parameters from the command line...
Opening connection to NetWorker Server...
Opening connection to Exchange Server...
Backing up Microsoft Exchange Private Mailboxes ...
Starting: Anunch Tangsriwong "
After that, it will failed on message tab of group -> properties.
Which I had try to change user mail box, it will show message, so this
Parsing parameters from the command line...
Opening connection to NetWorker Server...
Opening connection to Exchange Server...
Backing up Microsoft Exchange Private Mailboxes ...
Starting: Ittidej Hariruk
Success: Ittidej Hariruk 1904 KB 20048 bytes/second
The backup of Microsoft Exchange Private Mailboxes completed
Which I check mail box size on Exchange Server
the user Anunch Tangsriwong has more than size > 10MB but user Ittidej Hariruk has mail box <10MB.
Question:
1. Why it can't backup any user mail box at more than 10MB size?.
2. Why it not skip in first user (Anunch Tangsriwong) to backup cont. for next user?.
After that I had to down grade Networker EXCH module from v5.0 to 4.10 and test it again.
Result: it can backup to cont.

When I used EXCH module v4.10 and run backup, I had received message in below
savegrp: suppressed 2 lines of verbose output

[10836] 02/21/07 14:14:27 Backup operation finished with warnings. No savetime was sent.
but the group status is failed.
What that it mean? (backup completed but group fail).

All I had done was upgrade to Exchange 4.1, run basic procedures like, delete contents of /nsr/tmp on the backup server and run nsrim -X, nsrck -L6 ans it worked.
You can try this and see.

I has to backup both MB, IS and PF.
Which it has only error on MB (IS and PF successes).

That is what is happening at my site. Do you have the Microsoft KB article that addresses this issue? I looked at the Exchange support center, but did not find anything for Status = 0x000004de.

It show starting ....
After time pass to 30 minute ago, it still show starting.. but not have backing up (similar Hang but not hang).
How I will solve that?.
v5.0 it not backup and,
v4.10 it has successesfully but show group status failed.
