Thank you for your response ,
i Have already tried that,but the problem was solved by removing the remote user from client configuration.
the funny thing is i have tried to backup a single non-cluster SQL server 2008 with UAC not modified and it gave me a different problem.
Really strange!

I also forget to mention that local backup works only backup intiated from the server that fails.

Sounds as UAC is your problem. There is plenty of resources on this for win2k8 on net... for example:
