MSSQL 2008 cluster backup fails

Question

we have a new 2008 serever with MASQL 2008 configured lately and we needed it backed up, Installed client and sql module 5.2 then configured the backup in legato with remote user and administrator group to the virtual server,everything looks fine but the backup still fails for 'Probe job had unrecoverable failure(s), this job is being abandoned.' tried to Use savegrp -D9 and i reached to the error '  Could not run savefs: The requested operation requires elevation.' restarted client and server but still the GUI gives the same firdt error. i disabled IPv6 added alises but still not working is there any configuration that i must do before the backup  like installing new VSS or anything else?

i Have already tried that,but the problem was solved by removing the remote user from client configuration.

the funny thing is i have tried to backup a single non-cluster SQL server 2008 with UAC not modified and it gave me a different problem.

I also forget to mention that local backup works only backup intiated from the server that fails.

Sounds as UAC is your problem.  There is plenty of resources on this for win2k8 on net... for example: http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/Longhorn/server_2008_uac_user_account_control.htm
