the above one is the erro i am getting .Kindly suggest me the solution.

@Brahmaiah E, there is very little information here to troubleshoot with. Is this a new setup or was it working, if working before did anything in the infra change?
The possible error might be present in the nsrsqlsv.raw on the SQL server.

Please read - it is all there. The appropriate differential backup is missing.

???? - This is a message created by a NW database module software. Such is definitively not installed on the dedicated NW server itself.

Did you at any point actually look at the NW manuals? So the NW NMM manuals looking for how to configure VDI based backups of MSSQL?
Do you have a support contract and access to the Dell site, to sift through the KB? Or the NW manuals for that matter? It is really needed to get an idea of how things are to be setup if you want to actually (supposed to) take this seriously. For example the link I posted to NW19.8 online resources or you can also download any earlier nw version manual in pdf format and start with that?
