Media DB error:

Run the following to check your media database:

nsrck -m
nsrim -X

If you still have issues come back to us.

I would add on deleteing the contents of /nsr/tmp folder & deleting the file /nsr/mm/compssd. Run nsrck -F. Run nsrim -X twice. Start nsrexecd, wait for 2 minutes before you start nsrd.

Is this the same customer of yours which runs 7.0?

If you are going to delete the contents of the /nsr/tmp directory first ensure you stop the Networker server.
