Move from Networker Standalone(Linux) to HA Environment

We have a Standalone Networker Server(8.2) installed on a Linux Server. We are planning to move it into an HA Infrastructure(Networker Virtual Server). What are the licensing considerations for this. Is there a standard procedure to migrate/copy/export the current configuration (clients,

groups, indexes, save sets and library config) to new HA environment seamlessly. I understand that a new Cluster will be installed first, and Networker Client resource(s) for the virtual node and physical node(s) will be created in the cluster. I guess it will also be a better idea to use the same name for new virtual cluster as that of the original standalone host. Any document for this, or some more details. Thanks for the help!
