NMM 9.1.1.1 Backup fails when clustered node is turned off
Hello NetWorker community,
This issue has to do with backing up a clustered environment. When all clustered nodes are "online", NetWorker backups are successful. When one of the clustered nodes is shutdown (as a test) the backup will fail immediately with the following error:

Cluster failovers are successful and no problems backing up when all nodes are online.
It there a possible configuration issue somewhere that I need to be aware of for this type of scenario (clustered node offline)?
Regards,
Joe

It might be that you configured backups to be done only via passive node so if passive one is down then backup will fails. You have several options within AAG properties in SQL to set this up.
