I think you may be talking about your experience in the past, may be a month ago, this was true. However now you shouldn't encounter this issue.

Hi

I logged in to Powerlink and I don't see a Live Chat link in the upper-right hand corner of the page.  Is this because I am an EMC employee?

Hi Tejas,

Thanks for your input. I understand the challenges a few months ago, however these have been addressed and the Chat initiative a main focus.

Please try the Live Chat again let me know your experience.

Hi TL,

Once in Powerlink, open the Support Page.

You will see the "Live Chat" link in the middle column.

can anyone help me out with copy raw data from ATA Beast to emcpowera1.  I have a question regarding copy raw data from /dev/sda1 / ATA Beast storage array over to EMC Clarrion box, to raw devices called emcpowera1 etc.. what is the best method for insuring and verify data has passed / copyied over successfully?   What tool/syntax should I use? dd, netcat if so, what would be the syntax?

Hi Julian,

Thanks for you input.

I tested this and encountered the "Access Violation" page only while attepmting the link via views other than the Customer view.

(These are Employee, TS Services Partner, Velocity Partner - 2010 views)

While this is being reviewed, if you have not tried this already, please switch to Customer view prior to using the link.

I switched from Partner to Customer and I get:

Hi good afternoon

I'm new in the Backup Area in my company. I install a new Windows Server 2008 Server Backup with Networker 7.5.3 and i will like to know how can i configure the notifications to receive in my email, the sucessfully save save note daily ??

You may also review the following Knowledge base article which explains how to configure email notifications.
