First, your backup is failing because your snapshot policy configuration:

80253:nsrsnap_vss_save:NMM.. Unable to continue backup.  "APPLICATIONS:\Microsoft Exchange 2007" snapshot policy requirements are not met.

This is because you have set a policy to take 4 snapshots, retain 4 snapshots and roll-over ALL snapshots.

This is wrong, as you cannot retain and roll-over all the snapshots.

If you intend to retain snapshots, you should leave your snapshot policy as it is, but change the value for "Backup snapshots" to either first, last etc..., depending which snapshot you intend to save in backup device.

As for the authentication, you just need to create or use an existing user with the required permissions (please check the documentation to find out the required permissions, as for each version of Exchange Server permissions change), and then set that user as credentials for the service Replication Manager Exchange Interface.

Hi Carlos,

In test environment all works fine. I deploy exchange backup in production environment, it has few differences:

1. backup to datadomain

2. exchange has 2 storage groups, both on the same disc (D:\), logs on system disc (C:\)

But, as I understand in client and group configuration there is no differences. After backup became folowing error:
