NetWorker NMDA sybase backup - timestamp error
We have an issue with our sybase DB backups and backups are failing with below error:
24146:nsrdasv: Error from server SSEWSSYPD_BS: Msg 412402, Level 2, State 1
Backup Server: 4.124.2.1: Archive API error for device='nsrsyb::sybsystemdb..31513.C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\apps\tmp\sybtmp_5716.txt::000': Vendor application name=EMC, Library version=200, API routine=syb_open(), Message=The time stamp "C:\Program Files\" has non digits in it. Timestamps are composed of digits in the form "YYYYMMDDhhmmsslll".
24146:nsrdasv: Error from server SSEWSSYPD: Msg 8009, Level 16, State 1
Our syabse DB admin has no idea about correcting this from DB end . Please help if there is any solution to this error.
Thanks in Advance.

There is just guessware in your information, especially about ...
- NW version
- NMM version
- Sybase version
and whether the configuration has worked earlier.
It looks like a Sybase problem "Msg 8009, Level 16, State 1" which NW (nsrdasv) just forwards.
You can find a bunch of entries in the internet refering to this message.
So before I would check NW I personally would go ahead and check the Sybase logs first.

Hello Bingo,
Sorry for the delay in replying. To our luck, i just tried taking a backup today and it completed to our surprise.
Issue observed with libnsrsyb.dll file
Initially we tried with 8.2.3.4 dll file and it failed. As part of troubleshooting we used older 8.2.1.0 dll but that went invain.
Today i just kept the new DLL back in sybase directory and backup went fine.
Thanks for checking this bingo...
